Who Is Scott Quillin?
When Scott Quillin was 2 years old, his parents bought him a drum kit for Christmas. Little did they know at the time, but there was a gifted musician in their midst who would spend the rest of his life chasing after musical visions and imaginations and capturing them in every way he could. At 14, he got his first guitar, and discovered the instrument that would fuel his creativity from then on.
He began writing and honing his craft, spending up to 12 hours a day working on technique and recording songs on whatever equipment he could get his hands on. The bands he was in taught him how to work as a team with other musicians, yet he was always a leader. Over time, Scott built a recording studio piece by piece that continues to grow as he hungers for wider horizons to capture what he hears in his soul.
In 2009, Scott invested in a Sony EX3 HD camera and has been experimenting with creative expression by filming HD Video and then composing original soundtracks to the footage he captures.
